As many of you
will be aware David Woollard will be leaving us shortly
for pastures
new. David first joined the 29th Cambridge Scout Troop
in September 1983 and has been with the Group every day
since, as a Scout, then Assistant Scout Leader, Scout Leader,
and Group Scout Leader, Notching up an impressive
23 years with the 29th Cambridge. I am sure that everyone
will join us in wishing him all the best for the future
with
his
new group and although the words "thank you"
hardly do justice to the gratitude countless scouts
have for all he has done for them in the last 23 years
we really do want to say Thank You David.
"The most worth-while
thing is to try to
put happiness into the lives of others" Robert
Baden Powell
